Mill plugs with drilling rig!

We have successfully developed a milling system to replace failed coil runs on long laterals, and reduced costs by 50%.  A flexible lay out, that can accommodate existing wells while milling out new additions.

Successfully milled plugs to toe on  80+ long lateral wells. Over 4000 plugs milled, with not a single plug left un-milled. Iron Badger has 100% success rate!  Longest well milled 4000 lateral meters, 6800m total depth.

Primary and secondary systems rated to 5000 psi. 

Pressure manifolds, junk catcher, drilling tanks, 2 shakers, centrifuge and filter unit and portable stand alone degasser. 

 Our system utilizes shakers and centrifuges to clean water as opposed to daisy chained 400 bbls. reducing tank cleaning and disposal costs by 70%.

Milling system can utilize a modified drilling rig, or a service rig with integrated top drive.  Both style of rig excellent success on long lateral wells.
